Beware of deceptive scammers

Documented deceptive sales tactics coming soon!

Advice from NY Attorney General's Office: If purchasing from LIA Honda of Kingston, ANY auto dealership in general,
have them PRINT sales agreement before signing and explain EACH entry. NO electronic devices such as iPads.

Dealership(s) have been known to change numbers after verbal/written sales negotiations and before signing. Another words, employees may change the price of vehicle and/or trade-in without disclosing actual price to be paid vs. negotiated to get a sale locking the consumer into an signed agreement and contract without their knowlege.

As for LIA Honda of Kingston, General Manager Ross Hubert, defends the deceptive, dishonest practice. Faults the consumer. If caught decieving the customer out of what can be thousands of dollars, will offer "free" oil changes.

Advice for LIA Auto Group customers. Avoid! If not, review your sales documents. Should you be another victim of deceptive sales tactics or find dealership added charges you were not aware of, file complaint as others have with:
